PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and securely take out each substrate from a jig for accommodating substrate by pushing up a plurality of substrates for projecting one portion of the substrates from the tool for accommodating the substrates. SOLUTION: A body part 3 of a substrate-projecting means 2 forms a surface with a side that is shorter than each side of the bottom surface of a frame part 5 of a jig 1 for accommodating a substrate. More specifically, when raising a substrate for projecting the end part of the upper portion of a substrate 8 from a frame part 5 of the jig 1 using a substrate-projecting means 2, it is allowed to enter the inside of the frame part 5 of the jig 1 for accommodating substrates by the substrate-projecting means 2, thus easily and securely pinching all substrates with an arm 100 and taking them out from the tool 10 for accommodating substrates.
