PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cover body in an opened state from being unintentionally withdrawn in electronic equipment for withdrawing the cover body in a closed state from the advancing position, and for locking the cover body with a cabinet. SOLUTION: A clasp piece 40 is formed at a cover body 4 of electric equipment, and a lug 12 is formed at a cabinet 2, and the cover body 4 in the same state is withdrawn so that the clasp piece 40 can be engaged with the lug 12. The cover body 4 is formed so as to be moved back and forth on a supporting member 3 rotating with a pivotal shaft 31 as a center. The electric equipment is provided with a slide preventing mechanism formed between the cover body 4 and the supporting part 3 to be engaged with the supporting member 3 in the opened state of the cover body 4 for controlling the withdrawal of the cover body 4, and a releasing mechanism formed on the cabinet 2 for releasing the restraint of the slide preventing mechanism with the supporting member 3 in the closed state of the cover body 4, and for permitting the withdrawal of the cover body 4.
