<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present exact, diversified and high grade information to a user by controlling the output of video data selected by a video selecting means corresponding to the electronic document data subjected to output control by a document output control means. SOLUTION: When fetching an electronic document from a communication part 21 or recording medium 32 into a document processor 1, a video file is fetched at the same time. These fetched electronic document data and video file are stored on a RAM 14 or HDD 34. Then, a control part 11 extracts the stored electronic document data as needed and when the display of the text of the electronic document, the preparation of a summary, display or read is executed, concerning the stored video file, the video file corresponding to the document data of a processing object is extracted and displayed out as well. Thus, suitable information can be presented to the user.</p> |
