PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent mutual magnetic interference between a tuning coil and a phase shift coil and to reduce height dimensions as the whole of coils by using a wire-wound chip coil as the phase shift coil and arranging coils so that the winding direction of the wire-wound chip coil and that of the tuning coil may be orthogonal to each other. SOLUTION: A detection coil 1 comprises a tuning coil L1 wound along a winding groove of a bobbin 2 and a phase shift coil L2 formed with the wire-wound chip coil, and the bobbin 2 is covered with a shield case 4. The wire-wound chip coil as the phase shift coil L2 is so arranged that its winding direction may be orthogonal to the winding direction of the tuning coil L1. A recessed part 5 is formed in the bottom face of the bobbin 2, and the wire- wound chip coil is buried in the recessed part 5. Since the wire-wound chip coil is used as the phase shift coil L2, winding is required only for the tuning coil to simplify the assembly.
