PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminated piezoelectric body which is improved in reliability as a product by suppressing crackings by means of eliminating internal stresses which remain before and after a polarization processing. SOLUTION: This laminated piezoelectric body is so constituted that parts of electrode layers 3 face each other and mutually adjacent piezoelectric layers 2 are opposite in polarizing direction in region D where they face each other by alternately laminating a piezoelectric layer, and an electrode layer 2 formed on the main surface of the piezoelectric body 2 and extending electrode layers 3 in mutually different end surface directions by piezoelectric body layers 2. In regions E other than the region D, the piezoelectric body layers 2 have a fixed polarization direction.
