PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized audio equipment which is vibration-proof and easily portable. SOLUTION: This semiconductor recording and reproducing device 1 is constituted by being provided with a semiconductor memory 15, a reproducing circuit 16 of the read-out side thereof, an operating part 5, a system controller 17 which controls the write-in to the semiconductor memory 15 and the read-out therefrom based on the signal from the operating part 5, a voice signal output terminal 8 which outputs a reproduced voice signal on the reproducing circuit 16 to the outside, a voice signal input terminal 10 which takes in the voice signal recorded on the semiconductor memory 15 and a power source cell 19, on a small-sized portable case 2. The support equipment supplies the voice signal to be recorded through the voice signal supply terminal which is connected with the voice signal input terminal 10.
