PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meter piping unit for a multiple dwelling house capable of saving labor in installation work at a sits and improving an installation quality by assuring the degree of freedoms in the case of changing a plan of a dwelling portion while enjoying a merit of concentrically arranging common use piping and a meter wiring unit oppositely to a corridor portion, and producing the piping and the unit in a factory. SOLUTION: The meter piping unit for a multiple dwelling house is obtains by arranging a meter wiring unit 5 containing meters or the like and a gas water heater at an outside site 4 of a corridor 3 of the house, and connecting a water supply tube and a gas tube laid horizontally with respect to the site 4 of the corridor 3 to the unit 5.
