SOLUTION: Production schedule files (of one month) 5a and 5b... are put together into one data by a processing program 6. Processes needed to generate production schedule tables by processes from the resulting aggregated production schedule data and an assembly process man-hour database 7, a back-bard process man-hour database 8, and a harness process man-hour database 9 in a database 4 are linked to calculate operation man-hours of every day by the processes. Then an assembly process production schedule table (of 10 days) 10, etc., is automatically generated. Further, a process for expanding an assembly process operation man-hour graph 13 (of 10 days), etc., is performed so that the transition of the operation man-hours by the processes can be known at a glance.</p> |
