ILLUMINATION CONTROL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination control system capable of modulating light according to a positional relationship with a small communication amount of information and with a simple apparatus structure and of realizing various illumination environments with a little setting manhours. SOLUTION: This illumination control system is composed of: an illumination control device comprising an input part 2-1 such as a sensor, a CPU 2-2 for carrying out comparison arithmetic processing and the like of its address and an address included in a received signal, a maintenance switch 2-3 for switching an operation mode to an address setting mode or vice versa; an illumination control part for lighting and lighting out a luminaire and for controlling the luminance thereof according to a signal from the CPU, a storage part 2-5 for storing the addresses and the like; and a communication part 2-6 for communicating with other illumination control devices; a transmission line 10 connecting among them; and plural luminaires. In this case, the illumination control device decides the luminance of the luminaire connected to itself by applying the comparison result of its address with the inputted address of one of the other illumination control devices to a preset light modulation rule.
