PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a non-halogen, highly fire retardant, and highly flexible wave absorber which can effectively absorb submillimeter to millimeter radio waves. SOLUTION: A wave absorber for submillimeter to millimeter radio waves uses the set-up material of a liquid silicone rubber material in which soft magnetic powder is scattered at a rate of 130-230 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. set-up material. The wave absorber is manufactured by heat-vulcanizing the laminated body of a plurality of films each of which is obtained by applying fluid dispersion prepared by mixing the soft magnetic powder, the liquid silicone rubber material, and an organic solvent together, and peeling the film from the surface after the dispersion is dried. |
