PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an apparatus which is capable of controlling reproduction in compliance with given rhythms by providing the apparatus with a means for deciding the presence or absence of the periodicity of the tap input signals applied from an input device, a means for determining the output period corresponding to the input period of the tap input signals and a means for outputting the reproduction control data applied to a reproduction device. SOLUTION: The input device 11 is embodied by various kinds of switches, keys and microphones and generate the tap input signals at the timing of a human operation (tap operation). A controller 10 performs the decision as to the presence or absence of the periodicity of the tap input signals, the determination of the output period according to the input period of the tap input signals when the periodicity is decided to exist, the output of the reproduction (control) data at the determined output period, etc. The reproduction device 12 generates the reproduction output according to the reproduction (control) data given from the controller 10 and is embodied by, for example, a speaker outputting sounds, music, etc., a display device displaying images, videos, etc., a light source generating light, an actuator embodying the movements of dolls, etc., and others. |
