摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic actuator which improves electromagnetic force and reduces consumption power and manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A lower core 50 is constituted of a laminate 51, formed by laminating direction soft magnetic plates and a soft magnetic composite material 52 formed by composing magnetic material and nonmagnetic material. After current supply to a coil part is started and after the supply is stopped, an eddy current generated in the lower core 50 is made to be extinguished early, and a large magnetic flux can be effectively made to flow. As a result, electromagnetic force is improved and consumption power can be reduced. In the lower core 50, the soft magnetic composite material 52 is arranged on the peripheral part of the laminate 51, so that the core can be easily formed by pressing and heating the soft magnetic composite material 52 by using a mold having a desired shape. Thereby manufacture is facilitated, and manufacturing cost can be reduced.
