PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the learning of hearing and uttering of target words of a foreign language to be performed unconciously while maintaining the learning will of a learner. SOLUTION: This voice of a foreign language learning method extracts a pure musical voice constituent structure (rhythm pattern) which is easily accepted by the right brain of the learner from language materials of the foreign language and sounds a BGM which coincides with the rhythm pattern being this voice constituent structure over entire processes and presents a rhythmic sound having this rhythm pattern several times and, thereafter, it presents a correct English being a target word several times and presents a subliminal picture expressing contents of this English for every presentation of this English, Then, the learner can master the correct English unconciously by repeatingly hearing or speaking voice information stored in the rhythm pattern and the correct English (target word) while maintaining the superiority of the right brain and also by recognizing the spoken sound of the correct English (target word) together with the subliminal picture.
