摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To complete integration reset surely and instantaneously by connecting one capacitor with a charging means and the other capacitor with a discharging means and switching the connection every time when an integration reset signal is received. SOLUTION: A detection voltage induced across a current detection resistor 6 by a battery current flowing through a series circuit of a battery 5, the current detection resistor 6 and a load 7 is applied to a capacitor charging means 2. The capacitor charging means 2 converts the received detection voltage into a capacitor charging current through a voltage/current conversion amplifier 202 and an operational amplifier 201 generates an integration voltage superposed on a reference voltage at an output terminal. When the integration voltage exceeds a threshold level, an integration voltage level decision means 8 delivers an integration command and a pulse counter 9 counts the number of integration reset commands. A connection select switch 401, 402 connects a capacitor 101, 102 alternatively with the capacitor charging means 2 or a discharge means 3 and a switch control circuit 403 switches connection every time when an integration reset command is delivered.
