摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device which is capable of improving brightness with uniformly illumination light with a simple structure and lessened in irradiation unevenness by constituting the device in such a manner that the light emitted from a light source is introduced to a display object by the total reflection by a surface and the irregular reflection by a reflection layer and that the display object can be observed from the surface side of a light transmission plate subjected to a mirror finishing treatment. SOLUTION: A part of the light emitted from a light emitting part 7 of an electroluminescence(EL) fiber heads toward the mirror finished surface of the light guide plate 8-1 but the light of a low angle is returned by total reflection the inside. The light irregularly reflected by the reflection layer 9 and directed upward is transmitted through a laminated sheet 20 and is emitted outside. The light heading toward the rear surface of the light guide plate 8-1 from the EL fiber is irregularly reflected by the reflection layer 9 and the upwardly heading light is transmitted through the laminated sheet 20 and is emitted outside. The light emitted to a peripheral part direction from the EL fiber is irregularly reflected by the reflection layer 9 and is eventually similarly emitted outside through the laminated sheet 20. As a result, the entire part of the display abject is uniformly displayed with sufficient intensity.
