PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely detect communication abnormality on both transmission and reception sides by providing a means for preventing execution of processing based on received data by judging a reception failure when an error is reported from the transmission side to the reception side by communication. SOLUTION: A microcomputer 1 transmits the data of 8 bits and the bit inverted data of the data of 8 bits to a microcomputer 2. When the data are received, the microcomputer 2 adds the first data and the second data, discriminates reception success when the added result is (FFH) and returns (01H) as collated result. The microcomputer 1 receives the reply data, judges transmission failure when the received data are except for (01H), and transmits the communication abnormality data (F0H). When the communication abnormality data are received, the microcomputer 2 judges the reception failure and invalidates the received data. |
