<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image forming device in which the fusion of a toner on a photoreceptor is not caused and defective cleaning due to the chipping off of a cleaning blade, the reversal of the blade and the escape of a residual toner is prevented even when image forming actions are continuously carried out using a spherical toner. SOLUTION: The surface of a photoreceptor with a fluororesin particle-added releasing layer as the top layer is mechanically polished to obtain a surface shape having a degree of distortion of 0-3.0 and an acutance of 0-10.0 and to optimize the coefficient of friction of a cleaning blade and the surface of the photoreceptor and the coefficient of friction of the cleaning blade and a residual toner on the photoreceptor.</p> |
