摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rotate an optial disk substrate or optical disk while stably clamping it with excellent balance by clampig the outer peripheral part of the optical disk substrate or optical disk with the outer ring of the prescribed number or more of radial bearings attached to a pair of arms to exist on the same virtual circle and reversing the front and back of surfaces of the optical disk substrate or optical disk. SOLUTION: A reversing mehanism 15 is composed of a pair of arc-like arms 15A, 15B, a radial bearing 15C attached to the arm 15A, radial bearings 15D, 15E attached to the arm 15B, and the driving part 15F which radially expands and contracts the arms 15A, 15B in the horizontal direction and which reverses 180 degrees the arms in that position. Three radial bearings 15C-15E are arranged so as to exist on the nearly same viertial circle. The optical disk substrate or optical disk is clamped with the outer ring of the radial bearings 15C-15E. Thus, the optical disk substrate or optical disk is reversed without damaging the outer peripheral part.
