PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent external force from being applied to rotor coil wiring in assembly work, and to protect the rotor coil winding by engaging a plurality of projection parts formed by projecting at the inner-periphery edge of a body where an entire body is set to a ring shape, and the shape of a section in a diameter direction is set to an L type to a rotor shaft. SOLUTION: The shape of the section in the diameter direction of a body 11 is set to an L type, and at the same time a plurality of projection parts 12 projecting toward the diameter direction and at the same time the inside are formed at an inner-periphery edge 11 a of the body 11. At the outside position in the diameter direction of each projection part 12, an arc-shaped slit 13 is provided, and the projection part 12 can be slightly actuated in the diameter direction. Then, each projection part 12 is engaged with a plurality of recessed parts being formed on the circumferential surface of the rotor shaft, and the body 11 is firmly fixed to the rotor shaft, thus preventing rotor coil winding from being touched from the outside, and preventing the deterioration of quality caused by applying external force to the rotor coil winding even in assembly work.
