PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication unit that makes an incoming call notice to an incoming call from a desired caller and conducts automatic incoming call reply to an incoming call from an undesired caller. SOLUTION: When the communication unit receives an incoming call in its reception waiting state, the communication unit discriminates whether or not a destination telephone number included in a received radio signal is coincident with any of a plurality of telephone numbers stored in a RAM 12. The RAM 12 stores a plurality of destination telephone numbers in cross-reference with a flag denoting whether or not an automatic incoming call reply is made. In the case the flag corresponding to the coincident telephone number indicates a flag denoting that the automatic incoming call is replied, the communication unit transmits a reply message to the caller. When the flag corresponding to the coincident telephone number indicates a flag denoting that the automatic incoming call reply is not made, the communication unit conducts an incoming call notice.
