AUTOMATIC TABULATING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To omit a procedure for preparing a table set by automatically preparing a table from sentences and a template so as to settle all the object sentences within a desired column by making correspondent a dividing spot and one column. SOLUTION: A desired form is selected out of prepared templates (71) and a desired attribute on the aspect of function such as dividing form in the case of table over plural pages is designated to the template (72). Afterwards, sentences to flow into the template are prepared as series of sentences (73) and a dividing code is inserted to series of sentences (74). Corresponding to an instruction (75) for making these sentences flow into the table, the template and the sentences are synthesized and automatically tabulated so as to successively settle all the sentences within the desired column by making correspondent the dividing spot and one column.
