<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize a high-multiplicity multiple-timer device by shortening the process time of a timer. SOLUTION: Denoting the count value of timers to be multiplied as (n), an FIFO(First-IN First-Out) memory is stored with (n-1) timing identifiers. The timing identifiers in the FIFO memory are written and read in every certain cycle. When a timer (a) is started between time t0 and time t1, the timer IDa of the timer (a) is written to the FIFO memory. Then the timer IDa is read out at time (n) to give notice of the time-out (a) of the timer. The time-outs of timers (b) and (c) are also similarly reported.</p> |
