PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noises in a refrigerating apparatus for land transportation driven by an engine or a commercial AC power source and provided with a condensing unit and an evaporator unit. SOLUTION: In a refrigerating apparatus driven by an engine or a commercial AC power source and provided with a condensing unit 101 and an evaporator unit 30, a condenser unit 120 is isolated and separated from the condensing unit 101 and is disposed in a position separated from the condensing unit 101. By this configuration, sizes of the condensing unit 101 in depth and width directions can be reduced so as to make it possible to install a sound insulation panel here and thus effective reduction of noises is achieved.
