Casing (1) has tilter (28) kept in horizontal position by electromechanical actuator, and able to rotate around pivot (30). To unlock lock, actuator is trigger by electronic casing (38) so that tilter can rotate around pivot. Electronic casing is linked to one side with actuator, and to other side to scanning head of microchip placed on key. By putting in contact microchip with scanning head, later collects ID message from chip, transmits it to electronic casing which controls actuator allowing rotation of tilter.
