WATER SUPPLY APPARATUS FOR ICE MAKER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the cleanability of a water supply pipe and a water supply tank. SOLUTION: In this water supply apparatus 33, water in a water supply tank 34 provided in a refrigeration chamber 23 of a refrigerator 21 is pumped by a pump part 37 and temporarily received by a water receiver part 41 and then supplied to an ice making tray 31 in a freezing chamber 25 from an opening 27a formed in a heat insulation partition plate 27 below a vegetable chamber 24 through the water supply pipe 46. The water supply pipe 46 is inserted in a guide pipe 44 and can be removed together with the water receiving part 41. The pump part 37 is secured to a lid part 35 and installed in the water supply tank 34. A motor part 40 for driving an impeller of the pump part 37 is installed in a deeper side partitioned by a partition plate 26 and is rotated by magnetic attraction force. A constitution of the water supply tank 34 can be simplified, the water pipe 46 can be removed and cleaning of the tank 34 and the pipe 46 can be simply and quickly performed.
