PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly confirm and process a scanned image by the terminal of each one without lowering job efficiency by storing the relation between document type data and a transfer destination address, deciding the transfer destination address of image data and transferring the image data to the transfer destination address. SOLUTION: Read image data is successively stored in a buffer memory 26, and a document type identifying part 33 identifies a document type. The part 33 fetches document identification symbol data and document identification IDs registered in an ARDB 41 from the ARDB 41 and discriminates whether a document type ID coinciding with the extracted identification symbol data exists. The part 33 transmits the coinciding document type ID to a transfer controlling part 40 when the document type ID coincides as a result of the discrimination. The part 40 refers to the data of the ARDB 41, determines a transmission destination address corresponding to the received document type data and transfers the image data to each client terminal on the basis of an address where the image data is determined. |
