PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor where a risk that a password and card information may be stolen in removed by recognizing the uniqueness of an information processing terminal and an auxiliary terminal. SOLUTION: A signal reception part 4 receiving an identification mark recognition signal 5 sends an identification mark which is previously stored in an identification mark storage part 6 to a transmission part 7. The transmission part 7 ciphers the identification mark and transmits it to an identification mark reception part 8. The identification mark reception part 8 receiving the identification mark sends the identification mark to an identification mark collation part 9. The identification mark collation part compounds the ciphered identification marks and collates them. When the marks are the same as the result of collation, a settlement processing is continued. When the marks differ as the result of collation, the settlement processing is stopped, the use of the subsequent settlement processings is disabled in an information terminal 1 and error display 10 is executed.
