<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate mail preparation by storing a header corresponding to the address of the transmission destination and automatically inserting the header corresponding to the address of the transmission destination selected at the time of preparing new mail. SOLUTION: A transmission destination address selecting means 101 selects the transmission destination of mail. A header selection information storage means 103 stores the transmission destination address and a header identification number as header selection information. A header selection information acquiring means 102 acquires the header identification number corresponding to the transmission destination address selected by a transmission destination address selecting means 101 from the header selection information storage means 103. A header storage means 105 stores plural headers. On the basis of the header identification number, a header inserting means 104 acquires the header stored in the header storage means 105 and inserts it to the mail under editing. Thus, since the optimal header is automatically inserted corresponding to the transmission destination address, editing of mail is facilitated.</p> |
