PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a communication terminal device capable of transmitting communication management information with FAX data in response to a request from the opposite station to which a line is connected regardless of the type of the connected line by converting stored incoming history information into FAX data to transmit the FAX data when a proper code is transmitted with a DTMF signal from a transmitting side to which the line is connected. SOLUTION: A storing part 3 stores transmission history information, incoming history information, etc. The part 3 is also provided with an image memory storing FAX data received by FAX communication and also stores the correspondence relation between the FAX data stored in the image memory and the incoming history information. When a transmission operation is performed, a communication terminal device 1 executes transmission processing that requests the dialed opposite station to connect a line. Then, the device 1 stores transmission history prepared regardless of the connection of the line with the opposite station as transmission history information. The device 1 is connected to a line on which a DTMF signal can be transmitted and received.
