<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain excellent processing by suppressing fluctuations in output power of a laser beam in a processing laser device. SOLUTION: A double wave (2ω) is made incident on a non-linear optical crystal 2, and the non-linear optical crystal 2 wavelength converts the incident double wave (2ω) to a triple wave (3ω) or a fourfold wave (4ω). Heaters 4a, 4b respectively controlled by temp. adjusters 6a, 6b are fitted to the end parts of the incident side, the emission side of the non-linear optical crystal 2, and one side end part of the non-linear optical crystal 2 is kept to the temp. that maximum power is obtained just after the laser beam irradiation, and the other side end part of the non-linear optical crystal 2 is kept to the temp. that the maximum output power is obtained just after the temp. rise by self heating accompanied with the laser beam irradiation.</p> |
