PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain a desired characteristic impedance by connecting a first conductor layer, which is provided between a transmission line and a second conductor layer, and the second conductor layer to obtain an earth potential and changing the characteristic impedance of the transmission line according to whether a window part is provided in the first conductor layer or not. SOLUTION: Plural transmission lines 10a and 10b are provided on one face of a first dielectric layer 11, and a first conductor layer 12, a second dielectric layer 13 and a second conductor layer 14 are laminated on the other face. The first conductor layer 12 and the second conductor layer 14 are connected to obtain the earth potential. A part facing the transmission line 10b of the first conductor layer 12 is removed to provide a window part 15. In this constitution, the characteristic impedance of the transmission line 10a from which the distance to the acting conductor layer is shorter is made lower if transmission lines 10a and 10b have the same width. That is, the characteristic impedance of the transmission line is changed according to circumstances whether the first dielectric layer is provided with the window part 15 or not. |
