PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make processing operation smoother by facilitating handling at a financial institution by reading the prescribed items of a plurality of account transfer request statements as image data and preparing the account transfer request statement of a unified format. SOLUTION: The respective prescribed items of account transfer request statements in different formats entered by a large umber of account transfer clients are successively read as image data for each statement by a reading input device like an image scanner (101). Subsequently, the read image data are stored in a storage devise (102). When all the account transfer request statements are completely inputted, the image data stored in the storage device are called to a controller and the image data area sorted for each financial institution of the request destination (103). Then, the sorted image data are printed by a printer according to the prescribed unified format preset and inputted to the control device to prepare the account transfer request statement for the designated financial institution (104). Thus, efficiency in processing in the case of machine processing is improved. |
