<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain superior capacitor characteristics with high capacity achieving rate by quickly heating a capacitor element impregnated with a mixture of polymeric monomer solution and oxidizing agent solution through high frequency induction heating, thereby forming a conductive polymer layer. SOLUTION: A dielectric film is formed on a sintered tantalum metal 1 by anodic oxidation for a capacitor element 4 embedded with a tantalum lead wire. The capacitor element 4 is then immersed in a mixture of polymeric monomer solution and oxidizing agent solution and then pulled up. Subsequently, the capacitor element 4 is placed in the center of an induction coil 5 and a high frequency current is fed to the induction coil 5. Solvent is quickly evaporated by heating the capacitor element 4 quickly over the melting point of solvent and a conductive polymer layer is formed in the capacitor element 4 and on the surface thereof, as chemical polymerization progresses.</p> |
