PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a information processing device in which refreshing can be appropriately performed without reducing processing efficiency in execution cycles other than an execution cycle in which a CPU accesses PSRAM. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a counter 204 counting the number of times of refreshing and outputting a signal performing refreshing or stopping it after reset, a timer 205 outputting a reset signal for resetting the counter when the setting period in accordance with a specified refresh cycle is counted, and a refresh control section which outputs a refresh signal with an active level synchronizing with an execution cycle reference signal when the control section receives an execution signal of refreshing and receives a chip enable- signal accessing no PSRAM 202, on the other hand the control section which outputs a refresh signal with a non-active level when the control section receives a stop signal of refreshing and receives a chip enable-signal accessing PSRAM 202. |
