Mechanism comprises oscillating finger (1) moved by handles of lock. In off-position, finger cannot oscillate as it is blocked by tilter (4). Tilter is maintained in horizontal position by permanent magnet (5) coupled to electromagnet (9). When electric current goes through solenoid of electromagnet, magnetic filed counteracts effect of magnet, hence core exits under effect of spring (6). Mechanical energy from user using handle is used to replace and secure tilter in horizontal position.
