PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a louver easily variable in size. SOLUTION: A coupling hole 3 extending through in the direction of thickness is formed in each of a plurality of blade plates 1. Further, a male screw part (a coupling part) 4 and a female screw part (a coupling part) 5 are formed in the two end parts of a flexible member 4 to constitute a coupling members 2, and a plurality of the coupling members are prepared. The male screw part 4 of one coupling member 2 is threadedly mounted on the female screw part 5 of the other coupling member 2 through the coupling hole 3 of the blade plate 1. Through continuous repetition of the threaded mounting, a plurality of the blade plates 1 are intercoupled in juxtaposition to form a louver. The formed louver is contained and situated in a frame (f) for a vent opening embedded in a floor face.
