摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regenerate a liquid crystal panel and bring it back to life by repairing the surface of a panel substrate when some damage is found on the surface after the liquid crystal panel is produced. SOLUTION: An optical member 31 is adhered to the surface of the panel substrate 13 forming the damaged liquid crystal panel 1 after covering the damage to become a display fault o the surface with a transparent resin layer 2 and interposing in between such a sticky material layer 32 whose difference between is refractive index and that of the layer 2 is 0.05 or lower. By this method, voids generating is prevented, the damaged liquid crystal panel is surely regenerated and brought back to life with ease even when badly damaged and excellent in the repairing work efficiency.
