PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement controller which can measure and display digital signals where signals having specific meanings are scattered at random and easily grasp the contents. SOLUTION: There is at least, one group of digital signals having specific means and the measurement controller 10 which measures and processes digital signals scattered at random among the digital signals is provided with a grouping circuit 15 which groups and extracts the group of digital signals having the specific means from the digital signals and processes it in addition to a function of individually processing the digital signals. In addition to this circuit, the controller may be provided with circuits 11 to 14 which standardizes logic according to whether individual logic is plus or minus, a circuit 16 which converts digital data into analog data, a circuit 17 which displays the grouped digital data or analog data, or a circuit which changes the order of the digital data.
