PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dissolved oxygen meter good in maintenance properties and gentle to environment as a result of good safety and workability. SOLUTION: A dissolved oxygen meter filled with an inner liquid 6 and equipped with a paired electrode 2 and a diaphragm is equipped with a cartridge having the cartridge main body 21 filled with the inner liquid 6 and covering the paired electrode 2 and attached to the dissolved oxygen meter main body in a freely detachable manner, the seal member 22 provided to the joined part of the cartridge main body 21 and the dissolved oxygen meter main body, the diaphragm 23 provided to the cartridge main body 21, and the diaphragm presser 24 for attaching the diaphragm 23 to the cartridge main body 21.
