PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make suppressible picture degradation at the time of constituting an anode line drive circuit of plural IC chips by constituting of the driving circuit of first and second driving circuits that supply divided light emitting driving currents of respective specific ratios to a first electrode line. SOLUTION: A first driving circuit among driving circuits supplies a divided light emitting driving current having a (n-m)/n (where m and n are natural numbers) of a light emitting driving current to a first electrode line and supplies a light emitting driving current to each of plural first electrode lines arranged in adjacent to one side of the first electrode line. Moreover, the first driving circuit supplies m/n divided light emitting driving currents and supplies light emitting driving currents to each of plural first electrode lines arranged adjacent to the other side of the first electrode line. For example, first and second anode lines drive circuits 21 and 22 are made up with a reference current control circuit RC, a switch block SB and transistors Q1 to Qn as first and second driving circuits.
