<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce electric capacity of a battery for relay and immediately feed power to a load, when commercial power supply fails. SOLUTION: When a power failure detector 7 detects that a rectifying commercial power source is reduced to prescribed voltage or lower, a SCR1 is controlled by a drive control means 81 so as to be turned on, an engine is driven to drive a DC generator 62, a change-over switch 4 having a make-before- break configuration is switched to the other terminal side, and the output of a battery 5 for relay is fed to the load, in place of the output of the rectifying commercial power source. When a voltage detector 12 detects that the output voltage of the DC generator 62 is stabilized, a SCR2 is controlled to be turned on, the SCR1 is controlled to be turned off, and the output of the DC generator 62 is fed to the load in place of feeding from the battery 5 for relay. When a power failure detector 7 detects that the voltage of the rectifying commercial power source has not failed, the change-over switch 4 is controlled by a power recovery means 82 to be switched from one contact to the other, the SCR1 and the SCR2 are controlled to be turned off, and the output of the rectifying commercial power source is fed to the load in place of the output of the DC generator 62.</p> |
