SOLUTION: This controller involves a precharging switch 31 for charging/ discharging, which conducts precharge to a main circuit capacitor 36 from a three-phase AC input line before charging and discharging operations, and a storage unit control part 39 controlling the precharging switch 31 for charging/ discharging as the input of an AC current value detected by the terminal-to- terminal voltage of the main circuit capacitor 36 and an AC current sensor 4.</p> |
