摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thrust measuring instrument which can measure the thrust of a small-sized thruster which generates a thrust of several hundred grams with high measurement accuracy. SOLUTION: A thrust measuring instrument 1 is provided with a thruster frame 3 to which a thruster 2 is fixed, propellant supplying piping 4 connected to the thruster 2, and a load cell 5 which measures the thrust of the thruster 2. The instrument 1 is also provided with a pulley device 6 which is provided as a thruster frame biasing means that biases the frame 3 so as to bring the frame 3 into contact with the load cell 5, a thrust measuring gram 7 to which the load cell 5 is fixed, and a dry gas supplying duct 8 which is provided as a thruster frame floating means that floats the thruster frame 3 from the thrust measuring frame 7. Since the pipe line 4 is protruded by a sufficient length from the thruster 2 in such a way that the deflection of the pipeline 8 has no effect on the measurement accuracy and, at the same time, the thruster frame 3 is floated from the thrust measuring frame 7 by jetting a dry gas 12 from the duct 8, the very weak thrust generated from the thruster 2 can be measured accurately.
