摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce production cost of a device and reduce deformation of a cooling object matter at the time of cooling as much as possible in the continuous freezing device for freezing the cooling object matter by a brine cooling method. SOLUTION: A brine tank 10 having a holding sheet 15 provided therein, formed in a closed loop structure defining an endless track on a plane by connecting short ends of a long-sized flexible sheet material, and capable of cooling a cooling object matter 30 through the holding sheet by a cold brine 16 supplied therein; and a sheet guiding rail 21 for making long ends of the holding sheet approach each other on a plane in a cooling zone A in the brine tank so as to suspend the sheet in a U-shaped cross-section capable of containing the cooling object matter, allowing the holding sheet to be immersed, making part of the long ends separate apart from each other in a carrying-in/out zone B of the brine tank for carrying the cooling object matter in and out of the brine tank, and developing the holding sheet flat above the brine tank so as to allow the cooling object matter to be placed thereon; are provided. A sheet guide means 14 for guiding the holding sheet by the sheet guide rail and supporting the same in such a manner as to enable the same to turn round is provided.
