PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an apparatus for rapidly removing a moisture from both inner and outer surfaces of a shoe. SOLUTION: A pocket 9 for filling a desiccant bag is provided. A main belt-like material 3 for enclosing a front portion and a rear portion of the shoe, and sub-belt-like materials 4, 5 and 6 for enclosing the front portion, an intermediate portion and the rear portion of the shoe are crossed substantially perpendicularly at a portion brought into contact with an outsole, superposed, and fastened by sewing in a waveform, a cross or the like at an outer part 1. Then, an inner part 2 to be inserted into the shoe is provided by a belt-like material 7 having a pocket 17 for filling the desiccant bag.
