PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent solder peelings between a lead wire terminal and a thermisotr element by the thermistor element of which support arm is fixed with the lead wire by bonding resin and which is soldered with the lead wire terminal, formed a relaxation part between the bonding resin and the thermistor element to make a bonding part of the thermistor. SOLUTION: A thermistor bonding part, of which supporting arm 8 is fixed with a lead wire 6 by bonding resin 9 and its terminal with which a thermistor element 5 is soldered is provided with a relaxation part 10 at the lead wire 6 formed between the bonding resin 9 and the thermistor element 5. Additionally, a constriction hole 12 having a small diameter through which the lead wire 6 passes is formed by a swelling part 11 which internally expands being provided at the vertical middle position of an equipping tube 4 made of resin and by providing the thermistor element 5 at the lower part of the constriction hole 12. A bonding part of the thermistor is made by a terminal of the lead wire 6, which passes through the constriction hole 12, is fixed with the thermistor element 5 with solder at the lower position of the swelling part 11 so as to suppress the lead wire 6 by the swelling part 11.
