PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minutely form an electrode with a simple method. SOLUTION: Plural front electrodes 2 are formed at predetermined intervals and in parallel with one another on a glass substrate 1. Plural barrier resists 3 are minutely formed at a predetermined interval on the glass substrate 1 and the front electrodes 2 so as to intersect perpendicularly to the front electrodes 2. Thereafter, an organic layer 4 emitting light by the application of a voltage is formed on the front electrodes 2 and the barrier resists 3, and then a conductive film 5a is formed on the organic layer 4. A minute back electrode 5 is formed by sticking a transfer sheet 7 having an adhesive 6 to the conductive film 5a formed above the barrier resists 3 and thereby removing the conductive film 5a above the barrier resists 3.
