PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a color diffusion transfer silver halide photographic sensitive material capable of forming a diffusible cyan dye excellent in sharpness and shelf stability by incorporating a specified color developing agent and a specified coupler into a hydrophilic colloidal layer on a substrate. SOLUTION: The color diffusion transfer silver halide photographic sensitive material contains at least one color developing agent of formula I and at least one coupler of formula II in at least one hydrophilic colloidal layer disposed on a substrate. In the formula I, Z is carbamoyl, acyl, alkoxycarbonyl or aryloxycarbonyl and Q is a group of nonmetallic atoms preferably forming a 5 to 8-membered unsaturated ring together with carbon atoms. In the formula II, R1 is an optionally substituted alkyl, R2 and R3 are mutually the same or different and each H or a substituent and X1 is a group which is released by coupling with the oxidized body of a color developing agent.
