PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a color photographic sensitive material forming an image whose highlight or white part is less liable to a change in the color (color balance) of stain (coloration) with the lapse of time even by accelerated development and having low dependency on a light source for appreciation. SOLUTION: The silver halide color photographic sensitive material satisfies the conditional expression 0<=A<=2, wherein A is defined by the equation A= (L*1-L*2)2+(a*1-a*2)2+(b*1-b*2)2}1/2 (where L*1, a*1 and b*1 show the chromaticity (L*1a*1b*1) of the minimum density part of the sensitive material after development in the CIE1976L*a*b* color system and L*2, a*2 and b*2 show the chromaticity (L*2a*2b*2) of the minimum density part of the sensitive material after development and further post-processing in the color system). The post-processing means washing for 90 sec and subsequent drying.
