PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stroboscopic device capable of attaining the miniaturization of the device, also, capable of preventing a leakage from a trigger coil, and also, attaining the good assemblage. SOLUTION: A flexible wiring board 30 is constituted by covering conductors 31 and 32 for supplying a power to both ends of a light emitting tube 10 stored in a housing 20, conductors 32 and 34 for supplying a power to an emission start-up trigger coil 35 and a conductor 33 for supplying the high voltage generated in the trigger coil 35 to the light emitting tube 10 with flexible insulating sheets 36A and 36B, and the trigger coil 35 is mounted on the flexible wiring board 30. Thus, the upper and side surfaces of the trigger coil 35 are easily surrounded by the coil storing part 22 of the housing 20.
